Christopher Sperring, Esq. – Experienced Advocate. Trusted Advisor.
Chris Sperring is the founding attorney of Sperring Law Firm, where he focuses on litigation and transactional matters involving real estate, business law, and construction disputes. With a background in both civil litigation and contract negotiation, Chris is known for his meticulous legal analysis, persuasive advocacy, and practical approach to resolving disputes. He represents businesses, property owners, and professionals across Pennsylvania. Chris’s experience spans everything from mechanics’ liens and breach of contract claims to commercial lease disputes and fraud litigation.

When not in court, Christopher negotiates and drafts employment contracts, independent contractor agreements, strategic partnerships, and provides general legal counsel for corporations, partnerships, and sole proprietorships. Christopher also assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, including a client's recent multi-million-dollar acquisition of a foreign business.

Outside of the office, Christopher is an avid amateur historian. He is a board member for Historical Society of Montgomery County and previously served as its First Vice President. He enjoys hiking with his wife Hannah, son Levi, and dog Mosley. His favorite places are national parks and national historic sites, especially Civil War battlefields. His litigation philosophy can be summed up by one of his favorite quotes from Ulysses S. Grant: "The art of war is simple enough. Find out where your enemy is. Get at him as soon as you can. Strike him as hard as you can, as often as you can, and keep moving on."
